Why do I, a 71-year-old man, write about this? Because conventional medicine – and with it the pharmaceutical industry – largely remains silent about women’s so-called menopause problems, while making a fortune selling pills instead. If women – especially single women aged 50+, 60+, 70+, 80+, or even 90+ – were to practice self-pleasure one to three times a week in order to experience a healing orgasm, there would be far fewer so-called “women’s diseases” after 50, such as: Alzheimer’s • osteoarthritis • arthritis • bladder infections • breast cancer • chronic fatigue syndromes • vascular dementia • depression • hair loss • various cancers • multiple sclerosis • osteoporosis • Parkinson’s • thyroid disor ders • vaginal atrophy… and many other age-related diseases would occur far less frequently. The so-called healthcare system is not interested in healthy people – it only profits from the sick. In Switzerland alone, with its 9 million inhabitants (50.3% of them women, and more than 1.8 million women over the age of 50), this “sick” healthcare system generates over 100 billion Swiss francs a year – a WORLD RECORD ! In recent months I had to realize that I always believed: eat vegan, train your muscles intensively (hello myokines), and you will have your health under control. That is only partly true. Because the most decisive factor – especially for women 50+ – had been missing in my health lexicon: The healing orgasm For women it is even more important than for men when it comes to health. During orgasm countless hormones and neurotransmitters are released – far more than during the myokine release of intense muscle training. A true fireworks display of neurons, dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins and much more is ignited. All of them are cru cial substances to protect the brain and prevent diseases such as Parkinson’s or dementia. Dear women over 50 (better still: long before): At least once (better three times) per week, you should practice self-pleasure – especially if you are divorced, wido wed, living alone, or without a good partner. Only then can you maintain the health status of a strong, vital, beautiful and healthy woman well into 100+. At least once per week this orgasmic energy should be consciously activated so that the brain does not cut its con nection to sexuality. If this impulse is ignored, a slow restructuring of the body begins. Then the diseases mentioned above can surface – and the "Elixir of Life" in the vagina dry up. The decades-long preaching of conventional medicine “ If you don’t swallow this or that pill, then this or that will happen” belongs to the realm of fairy tales from One Thousand and One Nights. Our God-given body possesses a tremendous self-healing power. Trust your heart, your gut feeling – and make use of this inner healing force. And who says that sexuality must end with menopause, simply because hormones change? Right – it is men who say that! But anyone who follows such so-called advice gives away one of the strongest healing powers of the body: the orgasm. The old principle “Use it or lose it” also applies to sexuality. It is not a “luxury,” but a biological regeneration pro gram that can grant vitality to both women and men well into old age. Yet here lies a social taboo: Many men at 60+, 70+, 80+ remain sexually active, while their partners have long since said goodbye to desire – “menopause, you know.” A man who wants to maintain his vitality at this age will hardly find fulfilling sexuality with a woman of the same age – unless she consciously nurtures her own lust. That is why not a few men decide for much younger partners, between 35 and 45 – women who still live their sexua lity with joy and energy. So soon many will say behind my back: “Look at Jean-Pierre Schupp – now, as a widower, he goes out with women 30 years younger than him.” The Female Orgasm Is Vital for Health Until the Very End of Life!
So, dear women 50+, 60+, 70+, 80+, 90+, who have put your sexuality on ice: Take matters into your own hands again. Begin with once a week, incre ase to three times. Without pressure – even if it takes time until the healing orgasm once again sends revitalizing life-spirits through your body and the "Elixir of Life" flow back into your vagina. That is the sign that everything is slowly returning to balance! In 2026, I am organizing a true LONGEVITY Congress – not with speakers who only talk but deliver nothing. Only those who can prove through their physical fitness that they are still fit and healthy at 60+, 70+, 80+, even 90+, will speak at my Longevity events.
