Many participants from the previous evening were eager to come to trai ning even though they had been at ZüriFit until around 8pm. This trend is still going strong! Our training area is noticeably fuller since the presenta tions, and the bar is busier. Conver sations about training and nutrition, and especially new training appoint ments with our trainers are the order of the day. Our event has triggered a real motivation boost among our members and we are happy too. The success in figures: • Three evenings, • over 100 participants, • completely booked out! ZüriFit is a small, family-run fitness centre on the outskirts of Zurich that has been active in the fitness industry for over 25 years. A large proportion of our customers are 60+ health cli ents. Editor’s note: There is hope that fitness centres will once again realise the purpose of their work - serving others also in the area of LONGEVITY. Because LONGEVITY is not just a new marketing gimmick. It’s about looking after the health of older people, helping them to become FIT and HEALTHY again through intensive muscle training, and supporting them into very old age. This strengthens intergenerational cohesion . ZüriFit with Carolin and Isabella shows that there is a huge market on the rise that requires personal support and a certain social character. The days of collecting membership fees and leaving customers to their own devices are definitely over. LONGEVITY members in fitness centres will be the enrichment of the future for everyone involved. Satisfied and long-term members = satisfied operators.
