Safety The SCS has several safety features such as a) Two safety pins on each side to hold the barbell safely in place if the disk is changed on one side only. It is safer to place the barbell on the ground before loading disks. b) A safety hook for solitary exercise situations, e.g. bench press or incline bench and many other exercises.
